Products and Availability

We do our best to accurately display and describe our products. Because some My Brain Buddies products are handmade, small variations in color, stitching, shape, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Product availability may change at any time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe there has been an error, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or another issue affecting the transaction.

If an order is canceled by us after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Preorders

Some products may be offered for preorder before they are available to ship.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Manufacturing, international transportation, customs, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect the final delivery date.

Customers will be notified of significant changes when possible.
