Returns + Refunds

We want you to feel good about your My Brain Buddies purchase.

Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging when reasonably possible.

To begin a return, contact contact@mybrainbuddies.org with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at contact@mybrainbuddies.org.

Include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Preorders

For preorder purchases, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

If your preorder has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation and refund request.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been significantly used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the return window may not qualify for a refund.
