Preorder Items

Some My Brain Buddies products are currently available for preorder.

Preorder Shipping & Delays
Preorder items are currently expected to ship in December 2026. Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, customs, carrier, or other unexpected delays.

If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email with an updated estimated shipping date and any available options for your order, including cancellation or refund options where applicable.

This is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Because our products involve production and fulfillment logistics, delays may occasionally occur.

If there is a meaningful change to the expected delivery timeline, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers.

Order Processing

Once an item is available for fulfillment, orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

You will receive shipping or tracking information when available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mybrainbuddies.org. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
