Hi, I’m Angela — a mom, wife, entrepreneur, and a passionate advocate for children’s health and neurodiversity.

The journey of My Brain Buddies began when my daughter was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at the age of six. Like many parents navigating a new diagnosis, I felt overwhelmed, alone, and determined to find answers. I quickly realized how little awareness and understanding there was around neurodiversity, and I knew I had to become not only her biggest support system — but her voice.

While creating a healthier, more holistic lifestyle for my family, I made a shocking discovery: the plush toys and adorable stuffed animals we give our kids, sometimes from the moment they're born, which they grow to love and sleep with every night, are absolutely infested with toxic materials. That discovery changed everything for me.

I decided to create something safe, meaningful, and inclusive — plushies made from 100% organic, non-toxic materials, designed to educate and celebrate children with all kinds of beautiful brains. Every Brain Buddy represents a different neurodiversity, and comes with a story that fosters understanding, kindness, and confidence.

This is more than just another product— it’s a movement rooted in love, education, and of course, safety. From one parent to another, thank you for joining me on this mission. Together, we’re creating a world where every brain feels seen, safe, and celebrated.
